Environmental Wastewater Catchment Services Pty Ltd (trading as Enviro Sweep) Quality Policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients.

This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing clients, potential clients, and independent auditing authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality System Coordinator or by delegated management personnel.

The objectives of the Quality Management system are:

• Establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001.
• Set objectives and targets to measure our performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Achieve and maintain a level of quality that enhances the Company reputation with clients.
• Provide adequate resources to continually review and improve our business process.
• Actively seek performance feedback from our clients and address opportunities for improvement that have been identified.
• Endeavour always, to maximize client satisfaction with products and services provided by Enviro Sweep.

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Directors of the Company retain responsibility for the Quality Management System with the routine operation controlled by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems Coordinator.
